| is a 2500-acre project, the largest in the area which consists of 43 ranch properties ranging in size from 40 to 114 acres. This dramatic setting has commanding views of Pollock Mounta, in and timbered hillsides spill into a central, open meadow. There is a common area greenbelt and trail system. National Forest and Boise Cascade timberland surround the project. Properties are zoned agricultural (ATG) and are served by a mix of county and private roads.
