is located on the east rim of Meadows Valley.  This project has rolling, open pastureland that rises to the edge of the Payette National Forest. The project consists of 48 lots ranging in size from 5 to 13 acres. Deep in Meadows Valley ranch land, Timber Ridge has sweeping mountain and valley views to the west. Lots are a mix of open, rolling pasture and timbered hillside lots. A forest service road provides easy and immediate access to the Payette National Forest.
